Terms & Conditions — 7j7j Platform Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 7j7j ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with 7j7j, including account registration, financial transactions, participation in games and sports betting markets, use of promotional offers, and all communications between you and 7j7j's support team.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 7j7j platform and, if you hold a registered account, contact support to request account closure. Access to 7j7j services is conditional on full acceptance of these terms — partial acceptance is not permitted.

Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event that any translation of this Agreement is made available, the English version shall govern in all cases. Players using the 7j7j platform in Bangladesh acknowledge that English is the operative language of this Agreement and that they have either read it in full or have taken reasonable steps to obtain a translation for their own understanding prior to accepting.

Amendments to This Agreement

7j7j reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights, obligations, or financial dealings with 7j7j — registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. Non-material updates (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Continued use of the 7j7j platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you disagree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support before the effective date to discuss your options, including account closure.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 7j7j, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access or use the platform.
• You are accessing 7j7j voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 7j7j or any other gambling platform, or if you have, your self-exclusion period has formally expired.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or affiliate of 7j7j, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been obtained from 7j7j's compliance team.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on 7j7j.
• You are not using funds sourced from illegal activity to fund your 7j7j account.

Age Verification

7j7j conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. As part of this process, you will be required to provide government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other approved document — to confirm your age and identity. Verification may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any other time at 7j7j's discretion.

Accounts that fail to complete verification within the time period specified by 7j7j may have deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity suspended until verification is completed. 7j7j will not process withdrawals on unverified accounts above the applicable threshold.

Geographic Eligibility

7j7j is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing 7j7j from outside Bangladesh are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their own jurisdiction. 7j7j makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh, and players from restricted jurisdictions access the platform entirely at their own risk.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 7j7j platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7j7j reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and review all transactions for potential abuse. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension without refund of any deposit or bonus balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7j7j account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 7j7j of unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7j7j's support team immediately via live chat. 7j7j will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. 7j7j is not liable for losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 7j7j may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts as notified in its fee schedule, which may be updated from time to time. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and, if requested, complete a fresh identity verification step.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7j7j are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals — the amount you send via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other supported method is the exact amount credited to your 7j7j wallet, subject to the processing times and minimum transaction limits described below.

Accepted Deposit Methods

7j7j currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current deposit minimums, maximums, and processing times are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may only be requested once the account has passed identity verification (KYC).
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions have been satisfied.
• 7j7j reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Declined Transactions

If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, the funds will not be credited to your 7j7j account and no wager can be placed against those funds. 7j7j is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider in connection with declined transactions. If a deposit appears to have been deducted from your account but has not been credited to 7j7j, contact support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7j7j offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on cricket and sports markets, cashback on live casino net losses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed in full at the point of offer. Players must read and accept the bonus-specific terms before claiming any promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings generated after satisfying wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus (or the bonus plus deposit) before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are met by placing eligible real-money wagers on qualifying games or markets as specified in each offer.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any unclaimed bonus or unmet wagering requirement after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• 7j7j reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already claimed the offer and begun meeting its conditions.

Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting across multiple accounts, use of low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or creation of duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. 7j7j may void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where abuse is identified.

Free Bet Specific Terms

Free bets credited to a sports betting account must be used within the stated validity period on qualifying markets at the specified minimum odds. The free bet stake is not returned with any winnings — only the net profit from the free bet wager is credited to the real-money balance. Free bets cannot be combined with other free bets on the same selection unless explicitly permitted in the offer terms.

6 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 7j7j platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, game, or market in question. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds at confirmation may differ from those displayed when you initially selected the market.
• 7j7j reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known to the player at the time of placement, or where a technical or pricing error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers series, and other international fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. These rules address scenarios including but not limited to: match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, player substitutions, over reductions, and result reversals.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and are subject to change without notice.
• 7j7j will not accept bets placed after an event has started unless the market is specifically designated as an in-play betting market.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino games available on 7j7j — including slots, RNG table games, and live dealer tables — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others.
• The rules and payout structures of each game are determined by the game provider and are accessible within the game interface. 7j7j is not responsible for any discrepancy between the game rules displayed within the provider's game interface and any summary description on the 7j7j platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or display error — 7j7j's internal game logs are the authoritative record of the outcome. Where a malfunction has caused an incorrect result to be displayed, the corrected result as recorded in the game logs will stand and any overpayment will be reclaimed.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are governed by the rules of the game provider operating the jackpot network. 7j7j does not independently determine jackpot outcomes.

Void Bets and Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a bet result is incorrect, you must raise a formal dispute via 7j7j's support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the result being posted. Disputes raised after this period will not ordinarily be investigated. 7j7j will review all disputes and respond within five (5) business days. The decision of 7j7j's disputes team, made in good faith on the basis of available evidence, is final and binding.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7j7j reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is likely to occur:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or verification information.
• Use of the account by a person under the age of 18.
• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion with other players or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Use of third-party betting software, bots, or automated wagering systems.
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus terms.
• Account sharing or operation of the account by a person other than the registered holder.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed against 7j7j transactions through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 7j7j's support team to resolve the issue.

Player-Requested Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 7j7j's support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements must be considered — bonus funds that have not met their wagering conditions will be voided on closure. Any real-money balance remaining after bonus deductions will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing time.

If you are requesting account closure due to problem gambling concerns, 7j7j's responsible gaming team will process the request as a self-exclusion and apply immediate access restrictions to the account. Balance on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance held at the time of suspension will be frozen. Following the investigation, funds may be returned to the player, withheld as part of a recovery action, or held pending the outcome of legal proceedings, depending on the nature of the findings. 7j7j will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player by email within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Limitation of Liability & General Provisions

Service Availability

7j7j aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to its platform. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond 7j7j's reasonable control. 7j7j does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for any losses — including but not limited to in-play bet losses, missed wagering opportunities, or expired bonus periods — resulting from platform downtime.

Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7j7j's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made, including contract, tort, negligence, or statutory duty.

7j7j is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, even if 7j7j has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

The 7j7j platform integrates services from third-party providers including game studios, payment processors, and data feed providers. 7j7j is not responsible for the actions, omissions, technical failures, or service interruptions of these third parties, except where directly caused by 7j7j's failure to exercise reasonable care in selecting or monitoring the third-party provider.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7j7j platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, written content, images, software, and data — is the property of 7j7j or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation from 7j7j.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing and the reasonable expectations of a consumer engaging in online gaming services. Any dispute arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 7j7j's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to an independent arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. Players retain the right to seek resolution through any applicable consumer protection channels available to them in Bangladesh.
